Affiliate Terms

Applications to join the Zero7Ads publisher network are reviewed manually. Approval is at our discretion and may be withdrawn if the information supplied at application proves inaccurate.

By promoting any offer through your account you accept these terms and the specific conditions attached to that offer.

You may promote offers only through the traffic sources declared and approved on your account. Adding a new source requires prior written approval.

Unless the offer expressly permits it, the following are prohibited: incentivised traffic, brand or trademark bidding, misleading claims, fake system alerts, adult placements on mainstream offers, unsolicited email or SMS, iframe or forced redirects, and any traffic generated by bots, emulators or click farms.

Use only approved creative and pre-landers, or obtain written approval for your own. You are responsible for compliance with the advertising rules of every jurisdiction you target, including gambling, financial promotion and consumer-protection rules where applicable.

Conversions are recorded via our tracking platform using the click identifier issued at click time. You may pass your own sub-IDs for internal reporting. Our deduplicated conversion records are the basis for payout.

Any attempt to manipulate tracking parameters, cookie stuff, or inject click identifiers not generated by genuine user clicks constitutes material breach.

Standard cadence is Net-7 from month close, with weekly payouts available to established partners on request. Available methods include bank transfer, Wise, Paxum and USDT.

A minimum balance may apply per payment method. Balances below the minimum roll into the next period. You are responsible for supplying accurate payment details and for any taxes on amounts received.

We may withhold payment on conversions reasonably identified as fraudulent, duplicated or non-compliant, and will share the basis for any such adjustment on request.

Where an advertiser disputes conversions with evidence, corresponding amounts may be held pending resolution. Confirmed fraud results in forfeiture of the affected balance and account termination.

Payout rates, advertiser identities where not publicly disclosed, and campaign performance data are confidential and must not be published or shared without written consent.

Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership or agency. You operate independently and are responsible for your own costs, staff and regulatory registrations.

Either party may terminate the relationship on written notice. We may suspend an account immediately where we suspect fraud or a compliance breach. Valid earnings accrued before termination remain payable subject to clause 6.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at West Bengal having jurisdiction.
